BASIX – Building Sustainability Index - (New Homes)
BASIX is a tool used by development applicants to make sure new homes meet the NSW Government’s strict standards for energy and water. Partners Energy will do Building Thermal Performance Assessments to assist architects, builders and owner/builders improve the comfort of the house and understand and comply with the NSW BASIX regulations.

Habitat Partners - Home Sustainability Assessment
(Existing Homes)
Partners Energy can provide quality, independent home sustainability assessments as part of the Habitat Partners assessment program. Any household can have a qualified assessor visit their home and complete a Home Energy Audit which includes an analysis of the utility bills ( power,gas and water) and recommendations.
The advice provided by the audit and the sustainability report allows you to:
